Hi Guy's   Did all Unstyled WC come with fenders   Serial # 899.  Now it has cut rims and rubber Tires on it now ??

As far as I know, yes. Rubber tires were standard equipment since 1932 starting with the U and then the WC. Steel was supplied if the customer preferred and many did that.
