Great Looking WD!!!
Never heard of a WD Series II but then when you look at the curved shift lever, the snap coupler, and the 12 volt alternator yes, I can fully consider this a WD Series II.
Outstanding Job!
I can fully assure you they did NOT LOOK THAT GOOD when they came of the flat cars new.
Good Luck!

Not to mention they also removed the hand crank start, guess Allis decided the electric start was here to stay!!!  :-)

Wouldn't lights be on the fenders for the series III?  I thought the D series, lights were still on the hood in Series II

Let's not get too technical, it is a very nice tractor

I pulled the hand crank shaft out of my front end years ago. All it did was leak gear oil. I found some freeze plugs at the local parts store that plugged the holes nicely.

As for the snap-coupler hitch, I've never seen a WD around here without one. I guess most people updated to the snap-coupler on their WDs when the came out. I can see why too. As good as the snap-coupler is, I can see where the pin type hitch could be a real pain to hook up.
