What's considered the "stock RPM" for a 1948 WD? The information I have says 1850 RPM.

That must be the high idle no load RPM. The rated load RPM is 1400 RPM.

The operating instructions I have are from a WD delivered in 1953. It says governed at 1400, high idle 1677-1722.
