Thanks bigal, I try to avoid HD at all costs but  I'LL make an exception for a "QUALITY KNIFE" Big smile !! I'm sick and tired of paying "mediocre $$" for supposed quality USA made  and get bent-over AngryAngry

Doesn’t have to be Husky.  Lowes sells a Kobalt not sure what Menards Carrie’s. Our local hardware Carrie’s Sheffield. Very nice but a bit more pricy. 
Mine just happens to be Husky. 
HD is the closest box store. 
Amazon Carrie’s several.
Google folding utility knife.

I have a Schrade folding utility knife. it uses standard utility blades locks open and is a quick change blade. I think it was a wallmart one time christmas purchase item.  most of the time I use the old stanley gota have a screwdriver to change the blade fixed knife. its hanging from a loop of parachute cord on the end of my tool box. never closes on you and has extra blades in the handle the hardware store. still sells the and blades.

The old "1099" Stanley Knife ClapClap !! I recall MANY afternoons on the roof changing -out the blade and HOPING you didn't drop that screw LOLLOL !!
