man I thought Canada was the only place where 'we' have to rename places to so called 'indigenous' names to be 'politically correct'.
Currently I have a HUGE infestation of GYPSY moths(annual event, we're talking MILLIONS per acre..), well I don't according to 'them' as GYPSY moths no longer exist in Canada ! Some 3 letter moth that LOOKS like a GYPSY moth does though ....

well in the USA we have to RENAME any Military Base that was named after a Confederate General........... and some States are renaming any SCHOOL that was named after a US President ( Washington, Jefferson)... yep them boys were all "slave owners" 200 years ago !! ........... just more BS !!

Around here they name streets after presidents, and I'm all for Biden getting one named after him as long as it's the one that leads to the city sewer treatment plant. 
Edit: I retract that statement as there is no need to insult human waste like that.

There is an old long liner fishing boat in the river here named that Kiwi. Thats all the name means to me!
