It is a diesel with the later style front end (front pump), quick release hydraulic couplers on the rear is a plus.

The hydraulic pump was mounted on the side of the torque tube on the early models (like the D17 Series IV. It was later moved up front and driven directly off the crankshaft.

No, 175s did not have a diff lock. First AC of this size to have a diff lock was the 6060 in 1980. AC showed up late to that game.
