Attended our annual Mohawk/Huey reunion at the Army Aviation facility where I worked for 30 years. Enjoyed reliving old times, good and bad, with both the full-timers and the part time Army Guard members. Fortunately the statute of limitations has run out on most of our shenanigans (which we will deny ever happened anyway). We were like family there and still are. Sadly many of our members have gone on to their final reward but they are still fondly remembered.
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.

While I was at the hospital yesterday, life flight landed a couple of minutes before I pulled into the parking lot. I walked out of the hospital a couple of minutes later, forgot my billfold, and the chopper was gone. I never heard it take off. When the birds took off on the 1970's, you could hear them 1/2 mile aile away.
