Just joking, parts are courtesy of Zahn's Garage, Gillett, WI. A-C dealer until Sept 1974.

I know a guy that lives in Gillett. Highway 23 I think. Must be close by that location. A step back in time! Awesome.

Yup, HWY 22 and 32 cross in Gillett, WI. Zahn's was a block behind mainstreet, not on a main drag. It is almost in my back yard, my shop is 10 minutes away! I graduated high school in Gillett in 2009 and I've wanted to buy their NOS parts for several years after learning they were an A-C dealer. Turns out the guy that owns what's left used to play in a hardball league with my dad! I will be posting pics of some awesome pieces and literature that I received with the deal. I will also be putting an ad in the classifieds for any who are interested in any parts.

When Dad was in business, most of the parts came in a box with the triangle logo or in a plastic bag with the triangle logo.  Once in a great while, we'd get something with the old diamond logo or maybe even the micrometer on the side (see the small, round containers in the middle stack).  I remember driving to Morton, IL after work to pick up parts at the regional depot there.  It was located on the west side of Morton.  I have no idea if the building is still there or not.  Probably not.

Alex,
If you see a guy in a 1969 Ford Torino or a 1968 Chevelle both race red, that's Todd! Yea he is east of Gillett a little bit on 22.
You did good on all those Allis parts!
 Regards,
 Chris

Nice looking AC haul Alex.  I only live about 45 minutes away and I know where Zahn;s was.  Grandma lived in Gillet not far from the shop.  I'm sure I'll be in touch when I start restoring my WD.

Is the building still there? What was the exact address? I would like to add it to my map

Its amazing the clean condition of the packages. Appear to have been in a clean, dry place, out of the sun, possibly climate controlled.

Building is still there. 137 South Lake Ave. Gillett WI 54124. Was recently sold to City of Gillett municipal dept, hence cleaning out the building. They were also a Chrysler/Plymouth dealer during and after A-C

Boy Alex I sure missed out on sorting and seeing all that stuff!!  DANG!!
I still haven't gotten that front wheel bearing done on my truck.  I can't get it off.  I've got a special removal tool coming.
SO,,,,,,,I still can't get up by you and see all those nice pristine packages.  Hopefully by next weekend, we'll see, but I'm not betting any beer on it.
