In a course of a week I have purchased two 200s. This orange bug hits hard when you get it

If you have some time, send it to injpump Ed. He will fix it right.

thanks for the plug. If it's just leaking there and runs good, you may buy a little time by trying to replace the 2 orings yourself. The problem is, I don't think the throttle shaft will come out of the pump with the pump on the engine. That should have steel bushings, so orings will likely seal it up. The other problem is, all the other orings are going to be hard and flat too, and will start leaking soon after. Like I said, you can buy some time, but it will not be permanent.

One has to have a short allen wrench and remover the over travel spring assy which is the same on the inside as the outside - the out side is visible as an instruction visual.
The top of the pump will have to be removed after removing the vertical drip line. There is a "J" clip that holds the outside fuel shaft off shaft to the inside throttle shaft - they join in the middle like a splined pto shaft tractor half and implement half. (Do not let the J clip fly off into space when it flips off. ) Remove the shafts and replace the o rings and reverse the process. The super clean sulfur free fuel has little lubrication. We went 35 years with little or no issues - we now do one or two CAV pumps per month as to replacing seals curing leakages.

Tbran is correct,it can be done on the tractor. It's a little tricky.

Curious if you lined up the timing marks before you took the pump off of the engine?
