I'm restoring my 59 D17 that has never been painted before. I cannot tell what color the grill screen is. I know the screen framework is black but all the paint is gone off the screen.

The screen is silver and the outer frame and three bars are black.

Before s/n 240013 it should be orange.  From s/n240013 until s/n32001 silver grill with black bars(3) and border.
