Have a friend with a home engineered and built wheel loader. Looks professionally done but old. Powered by a Continental ED 208 diesel engine that is real tired (and head has numerous cracks). Engine and tranny (both are in the wheel loader) likely came out of a MH 333 tractor.
What to do. Anyone know of a parts source plus a source for a good head. An engine swap I guess is an option but would need it to match up to tranny and frame rails are none too wide. Interested in ideas. The wheel loader itself is way too good to scrap. Thanks, |
