This fall I was using it. Blew a seal on the hoe cylinder. Lost alot of hydraulic oil. Fixed the seal. Backed it in the shed.3 months later (today). I start it. Put in 10 gal of hydraulic oil. Everything works great. Even before I topped the oil off. But the steering. Was working fine when parked. Suggestions ?

Air bound steering ? What hose did you blow ? Have had several loader and hoe hoses go bad on mine and never lost steering but then mine has a tendency to wander some and when correcting it soon wheel has turned 90 deg - 180 deg  or a full 360 before some roading jobs are finished .

You could have picked up air or dirt into steering motor - check for pressure on supply side and also on cylinder for steering
