    Posted: 29 May 2013 at 8:29am
Guys: I got the H-3 home and have been doing some work on it.  The machine has a manual blade on it. I noticed on the bottom of the blade about 1' in from each end there is a little bracket that is welded in place with two holes drilled into the bottom of the bracket.  I am wondering if these were to attach skid shoes for snow removal.

The machine has grouser snow plates on it and was originally used by a WWII veteran to plow his long driveway.

Can the skid shoes still be purchased aftermarket say from Meyers or similar company?

Thank you for any advice.

Skid shoes for snow plows are around for many different plows and many will interchange . Can try someone like Northern Tool also as they handle snow plow parts
