I am looking for the piston that allows the pto to work. I have replaced the clutch pack already and it still does not work. The only part I have not replaced is the piston that allows the fluid to flow. I have already contacted sandy lake in Pennsylvania and they do not have it and they do not know who I can contact. I do not not want to install a used one. Any help would be great.

Sounds like there are other things that need checked first. Does PTO shaft spin free with engine off? If it does, remove PD cover on right side, look inside to see if two shafts are cuppled togather. If not reach inside with a bar and slide cuppler rearward. Does PD work ok?

This is an on-going issue from Sept 6th, that apparently hasn't been resolved. It would be informative to know how long you have owned this tractor, and how much did you use the PTO without any issues. Honestly, I can still count on one hand (and I have all of my fingers) how many of those PTO clutches I've ever worked on. They just don't give many problems.

A part number of what exactly the "piston" is would also be very helpful.....or a picture.

Ok here is the problem . The pro works when I engage it but as soon as the brush hog meets any resistance it stops turning. The pto can not handle a load.
