Miller tire and most other tire places sell new ones. Used ones have most likely been exposed to leaking Calcium Chloride and the rust out process has begun.  
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.

I respect all opinions given but new rims I have priced out between tax and shipping would cost what a decent used tractor cost. I'd rather buy a good used set to sandblast and paint and if they are attached to some parts to keep my other orange tractors going, all the better. The donor rims will be unloaded with used turf tires on them, not a show tractor just a lawn mower with a sweet exhaust note to it.
