Hd6 oiling wick for rocker arm ball

   Hello all. I'm wondering if anyone has the wicks for the rocker arm ball oiling? Goes in the rocker arm itself. Or a good substitute or material to make some out of. Or how necessary are they. I assume they were there for a reason. Thanks in advance. I think the part number is 4364422.
