I am putting new tires all the way around and want to paint the disks and rims. Where the rims Galvanized? I figure the disks are Orange #1 but I cant find info on the rims. Wont allow search whth just G.

yes they were galvanized, but it's a costly undertaking these days if you can find a company to even do them. The last set I saw done were very rough both in looks and feel, but it is an industrial coating, not one for looks. I started using the below, It lays down good, and is pretty smooth, and as a bonus, it self heals on small nicks and scratches.

We've always just used Rustoleum Aluminum paint on all of our rims. looks good & holds up well.
