Is there any reason why a front plate from a 649T or 649I 301 diesel engine should not fit onto a 433T or 433I 200 diesel engine? I want to attach a hydraulic pump to the front of my 200 diesel engine for a AC 706B forklift application. Thanks

any of the front plates will fit. Both are same block front and rear , just one is 4 cyl and other is 6 cyl. It is not a 649T or I you need as these were available in many different styles. It is one off a 6060-6070-6080 AC that you need. Keep
in mind there are 2 hydraulic pump drive housings as well. So, match the fuel pump mount and the pump drive area as well. Fuel Pump possibilities were DM, DB Roosa's and Simms.
