I have a 645B that the transmision is slipping in both low and high foreward, and a 645 that is slipping only in reverse.  Can anyone tell me if there are new parts available for these transmisions still?  And where might I source them.  They are both allison transmisions, but when I called Wajax here they told me that they call these twin disc transmissions and they no longer handle them.

You may try Kwik Parts out by kingdom City- Fulton Mo; they are a spin off of Oscar Cooke Allis Chalmers construction equipment dealership out of Fulton ,,

Amos - Check the tag on the transmission if it is still on there.  The 645 and 645B should have an Allisson TT  Soft Shift Transmission.  I don't believe that Twin Disc had anything to do with building the Allison Transmission.

Perhaps these folks could help - see link here:https://catalystpowertrain.com/allison-off-highway-tt-trt-series/

Old Allis dealer told me the slipping was likely a bad sprag.

Steve, I have three allis chalmers loaders, the 645B slips in all gears
, torque temperature really goes up high if you drive it down the road in second for more than a half mile.  I am thinking its likely the converter or a leak someplace internal.  however my trans pressure is the same as it has been for a decade.
My 645 has great first and second, will push a loaded train easy, but won't back over a 6x6 piece of blocking.  I figure there is something smoked or leaking on the reverse clutch side of it.
The 545 just pushes anything or spins the tires.

Twin Disc are the parts supplier now for these transmissions I have been by my detroit allison dealer
