HD15 Lubrication Chart

   I found an Allis Chalmers HD15 lubrication chart document.
It is 18" tall x 42" wide. Folded up to standard manual size.
The cover page is missing, so I don't know the document number.
Anyone ever see this?  
I guess a place like Kinko's could scan it to an electronic document.
But then what?
