Didn't know there was a relationship between the amount of boost pressure and the water pump? Less you are referring to something else?

Water injection pump. It injects water in the intake to cool the air.

It would also depend on if your injectong water before or after turbo. Some use Windshield washer fluid tanks with pumps in the tank already to inject before turbo. If it's after turbo I would say 150psi or more so you can do 1 or more nozzles. I would recommend a shut off Solenoid too so it won't self siphon. All that you can get from the link

If its after the turbo, the more pressure the better. Higher pressure equals smaller droplets. Smaller droplets are easier for the engine to consume. I think the Simpson and many other good water injection systems run from 1000 - 1500 or more psi. Be sure to use nozzles that will handle whatever pressure the pump will provide.
