I thought I would ask the experts here, if anyone knows the physical location of the former AC Lexington plant which produced the lawn and garden equipment from the late '60s to early '70s? I had "street viewed" that area but couldn't identify a similar building.
Thank You.

This could be it: now Lexington Equipment, 791 Red Mile Rd. Allis started Lawn Equipment in 1967. I don't think this plant was in Lexington, KY. It looks like it was Lexington, SC?
Here was a clip from another post I found about the different plants: Found it. The Allis 300/400 series was made at a plant in Lexington, South Carolina. They built that plant due to the antitrust lawsuit, as soon as that was repealed, they went back to Simplicity made in Port Washington.

With some sleuthing I found that the plant was near 1-20 and hwy 6 in Lexington, SC. It opened in 1968. Unfortunately the plant appears to have been demolished somewhere around 2009.

Too bad it got demolished, makes one wonder where the sign letters ever ended up. They appear to be the same ones that were on the walkway in West Allis
