Having evaluated both the AC 715 and 715B dash gauge cluster, - AC Topeka Engineers decided to move away from the dual gauge cluster as equipped in the early machines., (circa 74-76). For those of you reading this that have a AC 715B with the OEM 2" gauge cluster, has anyone replaced their T-Stat gauge and if so might you have a part number for it?
My gauge cluster in my early AC 715 is shot, and needs updating. That said, the OEM dual gauge cluster on the unit is next to non existant and are an oddball design ~ 3" containing both the water temperature with the transmission temp in one gauge. I would like to initiate a redesign, toss the old dual gauges and put in place a new 2" T-Stat gauge. Any insights or recommendations or OEM equivalent or suitable replacement for the 715B T-Stat gauge would be welcome and appreciated. Respectfully, ~ Orangeman "These are the Best of Times"
