Got my 720 home today. It was in Sioux City, Ia. About 120 mile round trip. What do I need to make the rear PTO functional? PTO does not go in gear when I flip switch. It has a charging problem, that may have something to do with it. Wanted one along time, finally have it. rrhead(SD)

First take the cover off in front of the seat and make sure the rear pto shaft and clutch haven't been removed.

Nice find! You'll need to check pto switch for power and if switch is working. Then check for power at the clutch. Easy way to check clutch is run a hot wire to it. If it clicks and engages it's normally ok.

And as ACook said maybe shaft and clutch isn't there? Have seen that before!

I don't think that is a special because it has the dual hydraulic levers and the three point hitch rockshaft.   Now both of these items can be added from a salvage tractor but if they are like my 720 special, I added the rockshaft so I could have the three point on it but left the hydraulics on the single lever.  Den
