As far as I know from reading up on A-C's history, T.C. Pollard Pty Ltd. had a factory at Carrington on the outskirts of Newcastle in NSW, and was bought over by Allis-Chalmers in 1957. Pollard made motor graders and also scrub cutters, likely some other land machinery as well. History about the firm seems to be quite thin, so it's not clear when the firm was founded or when A-C closed the plant.
Looking at Norm Swinford's A-C Construction Machinery book, the M100 was in production from 1962–64, replaced by the M100 Series B 1965–73. The engine is an A-C 10000 series diesel, (non-turbo) 6-cyl and 516 cu.inch, rated at 127bhp @ 1800rpm. If it's still fitted with the original rims, the tyres are 9.00x24 fronts and 13.00x24 rears. For what it's worth Swinford's book mentions that the M65 grader was built in Australia, but doesn't mention whether the M100 was built at Carrington (that's not to say it wasn't, though).
