CA Front Weight Bracket/Grill Guard

I find lots of combination weight bracket/grill guards online but sparse info on dimensions.  Several seem like they might adapt well to a CA using either the front cultivator mount bolts and/or the side cultivator rails or weight mounts.  Any experience?

I have used the front cultivator bracket to make a quick mount beam similar in size and use the 2 pins for mounting and dismounting.
I would only hang 2 40 lb weights at a time but no more than 120 lbs so to Not break the 2 boss mountings for the bracket. I also fabricated a mid-mount hanging assembly for quick change for adding 4 side mount engine weights or a pair of 80 lb weights.

I see that the steering control arm would probably be in the way of a full frontal grill :(   I'd need to measure the clearances.  Yes, I was concerned about how much weight those front cultivator mount holes could take, especially with any bouncing.  I thought to supplement by bringing the mount around to the side or strictly from the side.  Making an adaptor is no problem.  Since the cultivator controls at the side will probably be permanently installed, it complicates an installation at that location (else a lot of work to add and remove).  I was wanting to protect the headlights, so a pretty tall grill.  The tractor used to be used like a bulldozer...those headlights have been ripped off a few times :(

Looks like a lot of weight on the front of this D-12.

Probably more than the standard front weight on a Series III.

Doesn't look like those are 40lb weights.  Maybe close to 400lbs?  That would be the ballpark of what I think I'd need for some of the 3pt implements I'd like to use.  Some could be side weights.  I'm not sure it would be cost effective to try to get the standard CA side weights as part of that goal.  Space used for limited weight added.

One site specs that the max supportable CA weight total is ~5040lbs (including the weight of the tractor itself of course).  I wonder how that needs to be distributed (not that I'm targeting that high).

Be careful adding extra weight to a CA.

I have seen more than one CA broken in half at the 4 bolt connection of the Engine Block to the Torque Tube.

The lower left and right bolted corner of the Engine Block is the weak spot.

Usually happens during aggressive Loader work.

2 front wheel weights at 45lbs each plus two side weights of 90 lbs each is 270lbs.  How about 80lbs on the front cultivator mount plus another 50-100 somewhere near the center?? (plus wheel ballast all 4 tires).
