Was looking at B&W's Hitch Site, come to find they also offer a Slip in Install Fifth Wheel for this style Ball Mount.  Called a Flatbed Companion.  It drops in and pins in similarly to the Ball, where then can have a RV Specific hitch further rearward for our uses and I retain the original Semi Tractor configuration for heavier work.

Nephew in TX texted me, seems RV Dealerships are in a MASSIVE Inventory Bind, less Disposable Income, older campers are Upside Down in Loan to Loan values, New units are being significantly Discounted yet NO Buyers.  May be seeing yet another Bubble set to implode.

A Few dealers still sitting on Unsold NEW 2023 Inventories.
