I believe that this decal was just for the WC. Other models had similar, but without the white line/box around the outside.
according to SWINFORD'S BOOK (Our A-C Bible), the correct color is BLUE & WHITE to 1948 with long A & S and BLACK after 1948. The 48 model could have either. I don't know where the cutoff was. |

I like the look of the blue though.
