We have purchased a couple oak pieces from Amish shops up in NE Ohio in the past. Not cheap $$ but pretty well made.

Hello, DMiller! You did an excellent job renovating this old TV entertainment center furniture box. I think you did a better job than me when I did the same operation with my old TV furniture box. I ended up ordering new furniture at https://furniturevogue.co.uk/bar-stools since I broke 2 sides with the hammer hits, haha. I think I need to take some lessons from you on making the proper renovation process with my old furniture. I sent you a private message with my furniture photos. Thank you for your answer in advance!

I finished my basement with a bundle of cedar fence pickets from Home Cheapo, I think a little over a buck a board, was cheap but wow has that price changed in 2 years.  Even made the bar out of cedar.  When your going for the rustic look I found out that a saws all, chop saw, and "throw away day" table saw make for a good looking finish.  People come over and some have asked me to build them a bar like that out of cedar and I decline because there's no way I could ever wood butcher something like that twice.LOL

It sounds like you didn't go with my carpenter work and made something nice,  red oak done right is beautiful! When I was in grade school I built a gun cabinet out of red oak and 40 years later it's as nice as the day I built it and still heavy as shi$Thumbs Up

Unfortunately, I can't see pictures of your entertainment center or Roku TV. To update the post, you can reload these photos into the post. Perhaps the photo links have changed over time and stopped working. Either way, I know which TV you're talking about. I'm annoyed by the pile of TV wires that must be pulled through walls or doors to the modem. My doors from https://belldinni.com/interior-doors.html are too nice and new to make an ugly hole with a black wire drill. I have beautiful Scandinavian white wood doors. How can I disfigure that with the black wire that I can't hide? Do you have any ideas on how we can hide these ugly wires?

Hi there! Congrats on your new house and small garden, that's so exciting! It's always nice to have a cozy outdoor space to relax in, and rattan garden furniture can be a great addition. If you're considering buying rattan furniture, I've got some experience with it and I absolutely love it! It's stylish, comfortable, and durable. When looking to buy rattan furniture, just make sure you're getting something that's good quality and well-made. That way, you can enjoy it for years to come. If you want to check out some options, I highly recommend taking a look at gardencentreshopping.co.uk. They have a wide selection of rattan garden furniture at affordable prices. So, welcome to the forum and happy shopping for your new garden furniture
