I'm working on a 190XT for a guy and the power diretor will not go into full neutral. It will move the tractor in neutral untill you hold the brake when you let off the brake it will start moving again. I adjusted the linkage with press. gauges in both ports in neutral high is 0psi low is 5psi When brakes are held with it in neutral and trans in gear it does not drag the engine down. Could this be caused by warped plates or bad hub? Also does not feel like it slips in high or low and pressures are good. TIA Warren

Does it do it after it is worked to warm up? Most drag a little. It's probably just oil drag. Way they are until good and warm.

I wouldn't worry about it if it doesn't pull the engine down when you apply the brake. |

Drain the power director fluid and put in automatic transmission fluid. It sounds like to me that the platers are sticking. They just need a good cleaning. Run it that way and then drain and put your hydraulic fluid back in. If that is the problem, it will stop almost as soon as the automatic trans fluid starts working through the system. I had the same problem with a D-17 and it took all of two minutes for it to stop pulling. It won't hurt anything, just clean the stuffins out of it. Dave.
