I am in need of a good 190 transmission. Mine is an early model if it makes any difference (1965). I would rather have a heavier tranny as long as it will fit.

Be careful. Any used one that you buy, may be just as good as the one already in your tractor. A lot of them became gear jumpers from abuse.
