I have a 720 with a Honda gx670 with the original front clutch. My clutch came apart, and the agco dealer wants $500 for a new clutch assembly. Does anybody sell an aftermarket clutch for it? All I can find are the 1 1/8" shaft clutches and mine is 1 7/16".

I'm surprised you can actually get a new clutch assy. There's some used on ebay... Now all the sudden $350 doesn't sound too bad. I asked an aftermarket seller on ebay, Ppowersales, if they had one and they wrote back saying they only had 1" and 1-1/8". If you want, since you have a gx670 repower, you should be able to buy a new clutch and fit on the 1-1/8" shaft I assume you have.

The shaft I have sticking out measures 1 7/16". I was actually going to buy a 1 1/8" clutch off of eBay, but decided to measure my shaft first and I'm glad I did. The gx670 actually came in both shaft sizes from what I've found.
