We use them every year we have oats. They work good. Never tryed them on any other crop

If it's at you have, they are better than nothing!! If your bin size is very large, you may need more than two, or move them around frequently, but again better than nothing.

I don't know the length of the tube, but I'd think it would need to go to the bottom of the bin.

Yes we love them. Use in small grains and we have used in beans. We put them in our gravity boxes.

kicking myself for not buying about 10 of them at an auction one time. went for $5. they are good to stick in gravity wagons
. not meant for drying bins really. I would think they could be used to take beans from 14% to 13% in a wagon to avoid a dock at the elevator

We have two and use them in corn, oats regularly and any other crops we might have. Take the fan off, and use a tire iron or similar pipe to auger the pipe into the grain. Make sure that the perforated metal is entirely under grain. If that has any holes showing, it will pull air from above the grain, not in the grain.
This will work well to pull some moisture from the grains. but by no means replaced a dryer. We use it only to get some of the "green" out of oats that have a lot of weeds in them, For corn, when it has been sitting in wagons for a while, we turn this on to get some air moving.
