I am looking for a good powershift transmission  and charge pump for my dozer mine slips bad and filter is full of brass shavings

I know I've seen a few 650 machines on CL for parts over the last year. The last one I seen was in Brooklyn, MI. A 655 that had a busted final drive. I think it was priced at $1500. I would look at CL really hard. I keep looking for a few parts for mine.

Afraid you don't have a power shift but a FWD / REV clutch pack - it's not a transmission but just clutches - these can be rebuilt - transmission is 3 speed which is beyond clutch pack - ahead of clutch is a torque converter , 
  Use of unit at high throttle setting and shifting from fwd  to rev will tear units up fast , why a decelerator is needed
