i am looking for a cheap d17 motor. from a combine or d17. i thought i found one on craigslist. but got on there to night and it wasn't their anymore. looking for one that isn't that long of a drive from me. i am in Ashland, ohio. i could also manage with a cheap wd45 motor or just a cheap good crank.

i was looking for one for my wd anitque tractor puller....around here you can use a d17 motor but not a d19 or i would.....how much would the crank cost me....and do you know if the motor a running one? |

I have a D-17 motor I was told it used oil, I never heard it run, I would sell complete longblock for $200 or what ever else you need. Thanks Randy Central Mo

I have one that I am replacing with a 262. The engine needs majored. Sleeves, pistons, clean up the crank, type of overhaul. I offered it to another fellow for $200. That was a year ago, I guess he"s not going to get it. Iowa, so the geography isn't good.

What do you consider cheap as to a D17 engine or Wd45 crank, or do you want something good? I have some that may help you near Bellefontaine Ohio.
