I drove the h4 in to the barn yesterday. on quick inspection I will need the left hand upper roller as it is egg shaped. tracks. pins don't look to bad. would like to replace the rear sprockets or maybe just one. I have a service manual but don't have the parts manual. can some one tell me the parts numbers for the roller and the rear sprockets. Havent found the serial number yet but fellow I got it from said it was a 1967. Did allis use the same rollers and sprockets with the same numbers on other crawlers/dozers. Thanks for reading.

Yes and no on rollers - H4, H3, 655, 653 used similar parts .
I Had a replacement top roller and stand on one side of my H4 from a later machine , so the stand on one side was next to body of machine and on the other it was facing out . http://tractorrepairmanual.com/allis/655-crawler-655-crawler-download-allis-chalmers-farm-tractor-service-repair-manual/ |

I checked the roller. it looks as though where the roller fastens on is next to the frame. The number on the roller is a? 4838-1 I think. Is that the part number. Don't see a number on the sprocket. Thanks Norm
