Spent a couple of hours the last couple of nights freeing up the rear wheels on my D19. I used a set of homemade pusher bolts that Jeff Heitman made me several years ago......they worked great. The wedge inserts looked like they had never been out, but they came apart without too much effort. Cleaned, painted and reintalled everything again. Eric NY

| If they dont want to loosen I whack the end of the axle with a big, big BFH!!! The force is transfered thru the axle to the wedge and helps loosen. Its manditory to wear a faceshield and safety glasses as the paint chips can do a lot of damage to skin and eyes. | |
