How high is a 616? I have a full size Chevy pickup with a cap that is as high as the cab, will it fit under it or should I take the cap off to transport? I am going to go look at one this week and if it is to high I will leave the cap home.

We have hauled many Allis G's home in our extended cab Dakota pickup with 6 1/2' bed. Most of G's 1500# weight is on rear wheels. Remove G drawbar, place 2" X 8" X 8' plank under each set of wheels and back G in. Plank prevents the G frontend from overloading the open endgate. You could readily do something similar with the 616. Herb(GA)
