Due to some unforseen changes that happen in life sometimes, I haven't been online here in a long long time. Just thought I would share a couple pics of what I'm working on

Interesting project!! I never thought i would see a 180 turned into one of these. I think i saw a guy turn a 190 into something similar, but even then i doubted what my eyes saw. The 190 that i saw, was what looked to be painted primer grey. For some reason it would not run that evening so i didnt see it pull at Lognasport, IN. Looks nice. Is it going to run on alcohol or diesel??

That looks to me like it is the "Country Dude" formeraly owned by the famous Brabec Brothers of Iowa and then Jay Lerbs of Minnesota. Multiple time NTPA Grand National points champion tractor in 5500 lbs super stock class. You got your self a nice piece of pulling history and a toy that will be a lot of fun when your done.
Will it be a WTPA/ NTPA or a Badger state or Tri-State Tractor? Diesel or Alky?

You got it Tim, the plan is to put it back on diesel with the 426, the paint will be getting restored as well by Vilio himself. The Brabec family has been very helpful with information as well, Dennis is quite excited to see it again. I hope to hook it some with ntpa and wi state, but that will be pending how much the farm allows me to get away!

I would live to read the history on this legendary puller. Would be a good seller if ya took the time to research and publish a small soft cover book . Thanks for sharing all this.
