How many HP are ya lookin for? A s300 in a 57mm is no better then a good old hx35. If I was you id go with a holset he351. 60mm inducer,58mm exducer on the exhaust with a 9cm wastegated housing. They are good to about 400-4500 HP on the 5.9. It will spool fast and cool very nice. Thats what I run on my 301 in my 185.

Rules limit me to a 2.3 inducer and HX35 does not have the shaft for 50 to 60 psi boost! S300 is better built, but I am open to suggestions.... Need 450 Hp at 3000 rpm limit..

Ok that sure puts a damper on that. Well ur best bet would be to call a turbo builder and pick there brain. Glenn or Chris at Engineered Diesel make a very nice charger.
