Charlie that is cement percentage pull.  Winner is not based on how far you move the sled, but if you can move it at all. If you do move it your tractor's weight vs the sled weight are calculated to get a percentage.
Example: A tractor weighing 5000lbs moving a sled weighing 5000lbs is pulling 100% of its weight........the higher the percentage the better of course...

I should also note that at some pulls, sometimes the distance you move the sled(this is a short distance, like a max of 20ft) is also used. tractors weight, sled weight, and distance are put into a formula to get the percentage

it hit 6200 rpm in that last clip before a spark plug wire came off and it lost a cylinder. The smoke is from oil, block was split through the center main and the oilpressure to number 2 and 3 rods was blowing out and not going where it needed to. I just ran it with spun berrings as the crank, rods and block were junk anyway.
