Is a #33 2 row cornpicker the one that would fit a WC?

Yep, it should. They made different sheilds and brackets though, to fit the Unstyled WC, styled WC, the WD, and the Diesel WD45s.

All I have is the tractor but I have to start somewhere and I found a #33. Thanks for the info.
