Can't help with price from them but Steiner tractor parts charges $17.00 for those and the tappet cover and side cover gaskets.  I can tell you that you can change them with the motor in the tractor. We just did a 47 WC.. One thing make sure the pan is very clean and the engine is clean. Use non hardening permatex and make sure you center and preform the gaskets to the pan. You must let the excess hang out on the end gaskets. They have to crush in place. We had to do it twice because i trimmed the excess of and didn't preform the gaskets to the pan. It leaked terribly. What we did the second time is to take the pan place it upside down on a wide flat board over-night, after permatexing and centering the end gaskets in the pan.  One other hint is to remove the front motor cross member otherwise you will be fighting to get the pan up and get it bolted in place. Just one word of caution we took and hooked a sling around the front of the crank and held it with a cherry picker. I was told by an old time Allis mechanic that it would make it easier and believe me it was. I wouldn't do it without something holding up the front of the engine. Good luck hope this helps.

Don't over tighten the pan bolts. I snapped one offOuch It should be relatively easy. Good Luck.
