Just a few minutes ago my neighbor came over. He had borrowed a Bobcat skid steer and had it stuck. Was operating near a ditch and it was buried to the belly. I was thinking it might be a little tough to get him out. Hooked chain around bucket, pulled chain tight and out it came. Didn't spin a wheel or even open governor. Series IV did it again. Was dark, so couldn't get pictures.

He must be pretty good to get a skid steer stuck. I've had a couple different ones buried in the cow yard above the belly of the skid steer and got them out using the bucket to push or pull me out.

I got mine stuck 3 weeks ago when I was pushing some grass clippings over an embankment. I went a little too far and when I went to back up I went sideways and then I had no choice but to go into the pile...tried to use the bucket, but the tail was on hard ground and I couldn't move forward. Had to go get the 175D and it just wanted to dig holes since the skidloader wheels won't rotate unless there is someone to operate the loader. I finally moved it enough to get it unstuck, but was sure surprised how hard it was to pull that thing. I'm sure it would have been a lot easier with 2 people.

That's probably why it went so easy Eldon. He was on the bobcat and had it spinning when I started to pull. As I said, it was dark and I couldn't see a lot, but it sure looked mighty buried when I got to him.
