Regarding the "Felt Seals" ---------are these to be oiled completly when installed?

I have always oiled the felts before putting in the hub. No fuzzies from the hub that way. |

Belive it or not this summer I could buy inside and out cup&cone and seal from agco for less than in&out cup & cone from napa
