I am looking into buying a Allis WD, it has a rebuilt engine that was bored over and it has WD45 pistons and sleeves. I have a WD45 that burns/leaks oil and isn't running at the time, I was thinking about putting the WD engine in the 45 but I didn't know if it would be the same bolt pattern? Would the bored over WD engine be about the same horse power as the 45 engine? or would it be lower? I was thinking that the WD engines are the same as the 45 engines with a different head and bore size.
Thanks for any info |

The 45 has a different stroke. Should get some added hp from overbore, but don't think it will be same power as 45.

Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?
