Had planned to trailer my D 15 to the 'farm' today. Test drive produced a coolant leak where the fill neck goes in the top tank. Luckily there's a local guy that still repairs radiators. So I pulled it and took it to him yesterday. He said he hadn't seen one with the fan shroud attached in a long time. Hope to get it back soon. Always something

Time to get some bush hogging done. Your radiator guy should be able to get it done quickly unless he’s got a lot of work ahead of it. Get it put back together along with fresh coolant and maybe some new hoses and you should be good to go. I had never noticed that the shroud was attached to the radiator itself. How far away is the farm?

When there were still radiator shops around here it didn't matter how soon you were told it would be ready, you show up when you were told it would be done, only told be told it would be ready next week. Didn't mater which shop you went to either, they all pulled the same dodge.

I have a good D-15 radiator for sale, been thru shop, pressure tested, AOK to go. Has the shroud on it. $150.00 not including shipping. Located in East Central Indiana. 765-517-1564

Reminds me of that old story about the guy who finds a shoe repair claim ticket from 40 years ago. Knowing that the shop is just around the corner, and still in business with the same family as owner, he takes the ticket to the shop, old guy looks around, finds the shoes, and says they'll be ready next Tuesday...

Yeah Hubert,we don't use the bush hog much though. Mostly just disc the weeds in. Takes a few trips but I enjoy it
Farm is an hour from home, about 40 miles.

Parts book shows different part numbers for gas and diesel.
