Is there anywhere that you can still find a muffler eliminater for a 8050? I think the company that used to make them closed, any other leads? Thanks

 Had one threw it in the scrap, had outrageous 90 degree angle on it.

was Thomure Mfg. Think some one took over some of their stuff but not sure. Mine has a section sliced welded 180 which is a little sharp and crude but ok. I never seen much difference on the pyrometer. Not enough noise difference in cab to notice. Have 2 8070's. One with and one without. The muffler one is quieter outside of cab but that's it.

Jim Kemp on the Wheel Horse forum is your guy. He builds custom stacks and eliminators. Or just have a local exhaust shop bend you a straight pipe.
