Does anyone know a good source of nylon bushings or bushings made from a similar material? Specifically I need a bushing with a 1 1/4 inch outside diameter and a 7/8 inside diameter.

If you have a wood lathe, you can turn them from just about any nylon stock. I needed some bearings for the castor wheel on the front of my zero-turn mower, had some 1 X 6 black nylon boards I picked up from craig's list real cheap, so as a temporary measure, I turned some 1/2" ID X 1-1/2 OD bushings with a skew chisel, real quick on a Sunday mornin, and them things are still on the mower. Once the nylon gets loose and sloppy I'll put the right parts into it, but I'm cheap, and can wait...

I got tired of looking for just the right plastic bushings, and making bushings from plastic on my lathe... I bought a 3D printer, loaded it with PET-G filament, and never looked back...
1 1/4 inch outside diameter and a 7/8 inside diameter... HOW LONG?
I can draw that bushing in 4 minutes, and print it in probably 10. PM me your address, and tell me length, and how many you need!

Correction... I drew it in 3... and going full solid (100% infill) it takes 18 minutes, plus the 4 minutes it does for self-test/calibration before a run... this one is only an inch long, but it's running now.
I drew these to exact dimension... the printer nozzle is usually pretty accurate, but when going full-solid sometimes the IDs are a smidgen tight, and the ODs are a smidgen fat... so if either are really critical (meaning, it won't work with any variation), then either it gets hand-dressed to size (sandpaper on a dowel) or I make a little adjustment to the drawing to compensate, and re-run it.
