Working on rebuilding a H3 engine (g160) and using a rebuild kit with sleeves, o rings, pistons and piston rings. The new sleeves are not press fit like the old ones and has about .050 of play at the top of the bore and between the sleeve rim and the cylinder block. Kit supplier says the o rings hold the bottom and the head will hold the top. Concerned how the water jacket seals at the top not being press fit and sleeve movement in general Advice?

Thanks

What's the BORE ??? I'll bet you've got G-149 sleeves instead of G-160 sleeves.
